The IBSC Mission Statement

To form a Council of Practising Insurance Brokers (PIBS) and advisers and to consult with Members who are individual Practising Insurance Brokers to establish standards of behaviour and practice which, on the basis of the body of opinion of Members of the Insurance Brokers' Standards Council, are good and reasonable standards for the profession of Insurance Broking.

Further, to work with Members to define and give guidance on what best practice standards might be.
